Volunteer
Each year, we offer fantastic opportunities for you to join as a volunteer and work alongside the Aesthetica team to deliver one of the UK’s most popular film festivals.
Volunteering roles includes the following tasks:
- Support festival activities across 15 venues
- Working as runners
- Welcoming visitors into venues
- Answering questions from attendees
- Keeping spaces organised and tidy
- Click visitors into screenings and help with the flow of audiences in/out of events
- Bringing energy and hands on support to the team
What you’ll receive:
- A full ASFF festival pass (worth £170), giving you access to all events outside your shift hours
- Access to the On Demand platform, live until 30 November 2025
- Experience working behind the scenes at a major cultural event
You will need to work a minimum of x 3 five hour shifts across the 5 days of the festival.
The festival is staffed from 9:00 – 23:00 each day.
