Get to know the creatives at the heart of ASFF 2018 at Everyman Cinema on Saturday night. This event invites filmmakers and guests to network with artists from the Official Selection. Meet the Filmmakers is your chance to expand your contacts list and liaise with industry professionals, fellow filmmakers and a vast array of creative practitioners.

Upon purchasing your Festival Pass and / or Event Tickets, you will receive a receipt by email. This receipt is not your pass or ticket, and must be exchanged for a pass or ticket at the Festival Hub at York Theatre Royal.
The Festival Hub will be open from 09:30 on Wednesday 7 November 2018. Tickets cannot be collected before this time.
Entry to Venues
Seating at screenings is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is not reserved at screenings, and a Festival Pass or ticket does not guarantee you a seat at your chosen screening.
Festival staff will be present at all venues, and will be able to advise you on venue capacity and available seats when you arrive.
Please note that the majority of screenings will be certificate 12A with some certificate 15.
A special Family Friendly programme will be screened throughout the Festival. Family Friendly screening 1 is suitable for young children, while Family Friendly 2 & 3 are suitable for children aged 8+. Please see the festival programme for Family Friendly screening times.
Please note that in order to purchase a Student Ticket, you must have a valid student card as proof of ID. The student card must be valid during the festival and must be shown in order to collect your Festival Pass. Festival Passes with a student discount cannot be issued without a valid student card.
