Subtle story lines follow the complications of modern-day relationships, including the transitions between different phases of life and the figurative journeys we must take as individuals. Each dancer fills locations with spirited interpretations of 21st century disconnect and resolution.
Swarm is an experimental dance film directed by Emma Miranda Moore, shot in Black Park Forest near Pinewood Studios. A mysterious group of figures find one another deep within the woods. They unite in dance and, as the evening falls, they reveal their true identities from under their masks.
Swarm is screening as part of Dance 2: Wilds. For the full programme, click here.
