Winter’s Blight tells the story of an elderly man who lives alone in an isolated hut in Central Otago, New Zealand. Spring should have arrived but the winter will not relent. Claire Campbell’s short film screens at ASFF 2019 in our Official Selection as part of Animation 1: Living With The Past. It will be shown on Wednesday 6 November at Everyman Cinema (17:15-18:15), Thursday 7 November at the Yorkshire Museum (20:15-21:15), Friday 8 November at Friargate Theatre (19:00-20:00), Saturday 9 November at Friargate Theatre (21:00-22:00) and Sunday 10 November at the Yorkshire Museum (10:00-11:00).
