Producer, Researcher and Curator
Sarah Ticho is a producer, researcher and curator with a rich experience working across immersive technology, healthcare and the arts. She has worked with leading organisations including The School of Life, Stanford University, The Big Anxiety Festival, Nesta, TEDxSydney and Immerse UK.
She the founder of VR arts and health organisation, Hatsumi – a research and design studio exploring the intersection of arts, health and immersive technology.
Ticho is the producer on Deep, a breath-controlled VR experience to manage anxiety that was developed in collaboration with the Games for Emotional and Mental Health Lab, Radboud University. She is also the creative producer behind VulVR, a webxr experience aimed to empower womxn to explore their sexuality and sexual health, and continues to be a member of the XR Safety Initiative’s Medical XR Council and sits on the external advisory board Bournemouth University’s Animation, Simulation and Visualisation Strategic investment area.
