BAFTA Qualifying ASFF 2015 Official Trailer Revealed: See Highlights

We are delighted to showcase the Official Trailer for ASFF 2015 one month ahead of the festival launch. Celebrating the 5th anniversary with an even bigger programme of screenings, industry sessions and networking opportunities, ASFF 2015 is an unmissible cinematic event for filmmakers and film fans alike.

The line-up of films features 300 shorts in a range of genres, from drama, comedy, animation and documentary to fashion, branded content, music video and artists’ film. The films are from talented creatives within the international filmmaking community, and champion independent cinema from such locations as Germany, France, USA, Canada, Lebanon, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Ireland and the UK among others.

Audiences are invited to create their own unique viewing experience, as the festival takes place in 15 unique venues across the historic city of York. Choose your path through the city and explore your favourite genre while experiencing stunning works in new categories.

Alongside screenings, the festival also creates a hub for industry hosting a series of masterclasses and workshops with leading figures from Channel 4, Ridley Scott Associates, Rankin Film and many more. There will also be special screenings from Creative England’s iShorts and guest programmes from the featured countries: Brazil, China and Cuba.
